My photographic memory recalls things better when I write it down. To-do lists, chores, notes. Call it visual-kinesthetic memory. Starting my bullet journal this 2017 (more on my bullet journaling in a separate post) prompted me to review my history in planner-ing, journaling, and note-taking and WHY I do it.

The Ultimate 5-Minute Plank Workout

I have set a wellness goal for 2017 to exercise at least 3x a week and I’ve totally been clueless about what activity to pick that would fit my schedule. I found what initially seemed like a simple plank routine on eatfitfuel.com but had me breaking out in sweat after just 5 minutes! I knew it was effective because my core muscles were aching just 8 hours after doing the 5-minute routine. My Top 5 Goals for a Purposeful Life in 2017

A new year is about to turn the bend! I am still in disbelief that 2016 went by in a flash with so little accomplished in my list of annual to-do’s (most of which are tasks related to getting back on the obsessive-compulsive-organizer wagon). The list pretty much reflects my overall feeling of being "undone" for the past year --- moments of frustration over trying to find misplaced things, recalling forgotten deadlines, and seeing clutter pile up around me. Though it’s true that every moment is a chance to begin anew, there's nothing like a fresh year to get a fresh start!
